Don’t miss the show this time. Last performed by Stanley Opera in 2013, it received rave reviews:

‘A wonderful Verdi score in the hands of such an accomplished company. An unexpected treat.’ (Hinckley Times)

‘Stunning! We were blown away by it. One of my friends had never seen a live opera and was amazed by the high standard.’

‘It was fantastic. I wish I had bought tickets for more than one night.’

‘Given the story I was expecting some serious music, but it was nothing like that. The tunes were lovely and the singing was brilliant!’

‘You’d have got your money’s worth if you’d paid £40 to see that performance from a professional touring company.’
